Ten to fourteen days allows for genuine immersion across two or three islands without the journey feeling compressed. A week is possible if the itinerary focuses on a single island or a private island stay. Shorter visits tend to spend a disproportionate amount of time in transit.

Mahé offers the most infrastructure and the widest range of accommodation. Praslin is quieter, with better access to the Vallée de Mai and Anse Lazio. La Digue is the most removed from modern convenience and the most consistent in its pace. Most itineraries combine two or three islands rather than committing to one.

By scheduled domestic flight between Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue; by helicopter for direct and private transfers; or by yacht for those who want the ocean passage to be part of the experience. We coordinate whichever combination best fits your programme.

The calmer months, April through May and October through November, suit families with children who want reliable beach conditions. Several of the private islands and a number of the larger villas provide environments where younger guests are genuinely accommodated rather than merely tolerated.

The Seychelles is geologically older and more varied: granite mountains, dense forest, distinct island characters, and a Creole cultural history. Those who want a single-resort experience with high consistency tend to favour the Maldives. December through March is warmer and wetter on the west coasts, but remains suitable for east-coast and private island stays.
