Travellers who would like to extend their journey combine the safari with a few days in Cape Town and the Winelands. The contrast could hardly be greater: from the acacia plains around Kruger National Park to the vineyards of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, from the ranger vehicle to Table Mountain. This combination of safari and Cape region is a journey in its own right and part of our Savanna Ultimate package.
From Europe you reach Johannesburg on direct flights, among others from Frankfurt or Munich. From there a connecting flight takes you to Hoedspruit near Kapama, or a combination of flight and transfer to Rhino Sands on the Elephant Coast. The time difference to central Europe is small, usually only one hour, so jet lag plays hardly any role on this journey.
