- Day 1 to 8
Safari in the Masai Mara
Arrival in Nairobi, onward by light aircraft to the Mara. Seven nights in a tented camp with morning and evening game drives, a balloon flight and a walk with the Maasai if you wish.
- Day 8
Direct flight to the Seychelles
Back to Nairobi and on the direct flight to Mahé, about three hours. From there by ferry or small plane to Praslin or La Digue.
- Day 8 to 15
A week on the islands
Beaches at Anse Lazio and Anse Source d'Argent, the Vallée de Mai with its coco de mer palms, snorkelling by the granite boulders. No alarm clock, no game drive.
Via Nairobi or Johannesburg
Masai Mara or Amboseli, ideal from July to October for the migration. Direct flight from Nairobi to Mahé in about three hours.
Private reserves by Kruger, best from May to October. Direct flight from Johannesburg to Mahé in about four hours.
Why this combination
No detour via Europe or the Gulf. Only three to four hours of flying lie between safari and beach.
