There are no standard packages and no minimum budgets, but journeys of this kind sit in the upper segment. After the first conversation you receive a transparent cost overview before anything is booked.
For most journeys, expect two to four weeks between the first conversation and the finished concept. More complex routes across several countries or for special occasions need a little more time. Short-notice enquiries are possible but limit the choice of accommodation and guides.
The earlier, the wider the choice. For peak seasons and sought-after accommodation, we recommend six to twelve months of lead time. With more flexibility on dates and accommodation, shorter lead times are possible.
